What You're Probably Wondering First
Most people who find Navigating Though Life LLC have been thinking about reaching out for a while before they finally do. That's normal. Making the first contact is often the hardest part, and it's usually not because the question is complicated — it's because you're not sure what happens after you hit send or pick up the phone.
This page exists to take some of the guesswork out of it. Below you'll find straight answers about our hours, how to reach us, and what to expect from a first conversation. Nothing here is a sales pitch. If you read through it and still have a question we haven't covered, that's exactly what the phone number and email at the bottom are for.
When You Can Actually Reach Us
Our schedule is a little different from a standard nine-to-five, and that's on purpose. Monday evenings are set aside later in the day for people who can't step away during work hours. Saturday mornings are open too. Here's the full week:
- Monday: 4:00pm – 7:00pm
- Tuesday: 10:00am – 4:00pm
- Wednesday: 10:00am – 4:00pm
- Thursday: 10:00am – 4:00pm
- Friday: 11:00am – 3:00pm
- Saturday: 10:00am – 2:00pm
- Sunday: closed
If none of those windows work for you, say so when you get in touch. It's a reasonable thing to ask about, and we'd rather hear it up front than have you give up because the posted hours didn't line up with your life.
How to Get in Touch Without the Runaround
There are two ways to reach us, and neither one puts you through a phone tree. You can call during the hours listed above, or you can email mhoward1759@gmail.com any time — including Sundays and evenings, when we're closed but messages still land in the inbox.
Email tends to be the easier starting point if you'd rather write a few sentences than talk. It also gives you a chance to explain your situation in your own words, at your own pace, instead of trying to summarize it on the spot. Calling is better if your question is quick or if you'd just rather hear a voice. Both get to the same place.
When you do reach out, it helps to include a sense of what prompted you to make contact and what times of day generally work for you. You don't need to have it all figured out or use any particular language. A short, plain message is plenty.
Still Not Sure? Here's What to Do Next
If you've read this far and you're still weighing whether to make contact, the honest advice is to go ahead and ask. A first conversation isn't a commitment to anything. It's a chance to find out whether we're the right fit for what you're dealing with — and if we're not, we'll say so rather than string you along.
To reach Navigating Though Life LLCcall (609) 851-0217 during the hours above, or send a note to mhoward1759@gmail.com whenever it's convenient. We read everything that comes in and we'll get back to you.
