Choosing who to trust with what you're going through is not a small decision. You're probably comparing a few options right now, reading between the lines, trying to figure out which one will actually pay attention to you. That's a fair thing to do. Here's an honest look at what sets Navigating Though Life LLC apart, so you can decide for yourself.
You Get a Real Person, Not a Call Center Queue
When you reach out here, you are not dropped into a phone tree or handed off between three departments before anyone learns your name. You reach us directly — by phone or by email — and the person who answers is the person you'll be working with. No intake script read off a screen, no being asked to repeat your story to a stranger each time you make contact.
That matters more than it sounds. A lot of people put off asking for help because the process itself feels exhausting before it even starts. Keeping things small and direct removes that barrier. One conversation, one point of contact, and you know exactly who to come back to.
Hours Built Around Work, School and Everything Else
Plenty of places keep nine-to-five hours and then wonder why people can't make it in. We deliberately built the schedule the other way around — with a late Monday for anyone who can't step away during the workday, mid-day availability Tuesday through Friday, and Saturday mornings for people whose weeks simply don't have a gap in them.
- Monday: 4:00pm – 7:00pm
- Tuesday – Thursday: 10:00am – 4:00pm
- Friday: 11:00am – 3:00pm
- Saturday: 10:00am – 2:00pm
- Sunday: closed
Sunday is the one day we're closed, and that's on purpose too. Rest is part of the work, and that goes for us as well as for you.
What It's Actually Like to Work With Us
The name is the method. Navigating Though Life means meeting you where you actually are — not where a worksheet says you should be by week four. Some people arrive with one specific knot they want untangled. Others arrive knowing only that something feels off and they're tired of carrying it alone. Both are perfectly good starting points.
A few things you can count on:
- We listen first. Before anything else, you get room to say the whole thing out loud without being interrupted or redirected.
- We go at your pace. No pressure to open doors you're not ready to open, and no pretending progress happened when it didn't.
- We keep it plain. You will not be buried in jargon or handed advice that only makes sense in theory.
- We stay honest with you. If something isn't working, we say so and change course rather than running out the clock.
There's no script and no one-size-fits-all program, because the people who walk through the door aren't one size. What stays consistent is the attention: you are the only thing on the agenda for the time we have together.
Taking the First Step Is Easier Than You Think
Most people tell us the hardest part was deciding to make contact at all — the first conversation itself turned out to be far less daunting than they'd braced for. You don't need to arrive with your thoughts organized or know what to call what you're feeling. You just need to start.
Reach Navigating Though Life LLC by phone at (609) 851-0217 during the hours listed above, or email mhoward1759@gmail.com any time and we'll get back to you. If you'd rather skip the back-and-forth, book a time directly and we'll take it from there.
